
Payroll Assistant Manager
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive payroll operations with vendors across 45 countries, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Perform partner payout calculations and manage related payments across multiple geographies.
- Provide inputs to, and review outputs from, payroll vendors to guarantee flawless monthly payroll processing.
- Manage statutory compliances related to payroll and payouts, including labor laws and country-specific regulations.
- Handle statutory audit requirements, including coordination with auditors for payroll and partner payout matters.
- Lead management reporting for payroll and partner payouts, delivering high-quality data and insights to leadership.
- Ensure monthly book closure, appropriate accounting entries, and completeness of records concerning payroll and partner payouts.
- Coordinate with banking partners to facilitate payments and support financial reporting.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in payroll operations.
- Prior experience with payroll systems, preferably with exposure to Singapore or US markets, and India.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes.
- High level of integrity, trust, and ability to handle sensitive payroll data with confidentiality.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
