Job Title: Assistant Manager - Order to Cash (OTC)

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations to join as an Assistant Manager. The role requires hands-on expertise in AR processes along with the ability to manage stakeholders, drive process improvements, and ensure SLA adherence in a shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including:

- Rebate Adjustments

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Cash Application

- Collections & Follow-ups

- Reconciliation

- Handle customer disputes, deductions, and billing discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution

Monitor and drive key AR metrics such as:

- Transformation

- Aging reports

- Collection efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to resolve issues and improve cash flow

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and accounting policies

- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and transformation projects

- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and performance insights to stakeholders

- Act as a SPOC for business stakeholders and manage escalations effectively

- Support or lead team activities, including mentoring junior team members

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

- 56 years of relevant experience in OTC / Accounts Receivable

Strong hands-on experience in:

- Billing, AR, Collections, Cash Application

- Dispute / deduction management

- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / similar

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Exposure to shared services / global operations preferred

- Experience in process improvement / transformation initiatives is a plus

Preferred:

- FMCG / Retail / Manufacturing industry exposure

- Understanding of trade spend / deductions / rebate processes
