Designation: Assistant Manager - Marketing
Function: Marketing - Retail Business
Location: Gurugram
Key Deliverables:
- Drive brand-building initiatives across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms
- Lead creative development - advertising, packaging communication, POSM
- Manage creative & advertising agencies end-to-end
- Design and execute retail marketing programs for dealers, mechanics & influencers
- Support new product launches and rebranding initiatives
- Track brand health, campaign effectiveness, and market trends
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Marketing experience with strong retail brand-building exposure.
- Background in FMCG, consumer goods, automotive aftermarket, or allied industries
- Proven experience working with creative agencies and event management
- Digital marketing exposure (social media, performance marketing, content, CRM) is a strong added advantage
- Lubricant / automotive exposure preferred but not mandatory
Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing) from a premium institute preferred

- Excellent communication skills with strong command over English
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Leadership qualities with ability to take ownership and drive initiatives in a growing business
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution mindset
- High levels of discipline, structure, and attention to detail, suited to a Japanese work culture
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment
Non-Negotiables:
- Demonstrated consumer / retail brand-building experience
- Hands-on exposure to ATL & BTL marketing
- Experience managing creative agencies
