Experience: 5-7 years (Real Estate experience is a must)
Education: Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
Reports To: Head - Marketing
What youll be responsible for?
- Manage advertising & sales-promotion activities for our brand and drive brand visibility.
- Plan, implement, review and control all brand-building and lead-generation marketing initiatives.
- Initiate creative plans to engage existing customers and convert new ones.
- Develop short- and long-term marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively and monitor spend.
- Ensure the organization's image and positioning are clearly articulated and maintained.
- Conduct and coordinate market research; analyze trends, demographics, pricing, competitor offerings and use these insights to shape strategy.
- Prepare and update competitor and market-research reports, track results and offer
recommendations for improvements.
