About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Marketing to join our growing IT team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, support lead generation, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to create impactful marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Oversee brand communication, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize based on insights.
- Support event planning, webinars, and promotions to enhance market presence.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Contribute to lead generation initiatives and monitor funnel metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of hands-on marketing experience within the IT or technology domain.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
