- Assist marketing team in developing and implementing Research & Analysis, Thinker & Doer combination, marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales.
- Managing the marketing budget on a project / exhibition basis.
- Producing innovative and cost-effective promotional activities, bases market research.
- Developing and maximising third party relationships i.e. Magazine, ATL & BTL vendors, Agencies etc., keeping in mind ROI to our clients & a value proposition for them.
- To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long term BTL / Activation's marketing plan to drive forward agreed Organizational goals.
- Delivering an events programme, to ensure that brand presence is maximised, and strategic objectives are met.
- To manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. This can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers
- To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials
- To maintain, build and update mailing databases
- To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning & brand awareness
- To support marketing team in all allied activities.
- MBA is must.
- Excellent communications Skills, willing to learn
- Ability to work under pressure & Crisis Management
- Assist in Content Creation, Conceptualization & Management, desired but not essential.
