Assistant Manager - Marketing
Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager Marketing to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth.
The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning & Execution:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and media agencies for campaign execution
Digital & Content Marketing:
- Manage and support digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns
- Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral
- Track campaign performance and suggest optimizations based on analytics
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends
- Analyze campaign results, customer insights, and ROI to improve future marketing efforts
Brand & Communication:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
- Support corporate communication, PR activities, and event marketing
- Assist in preparing marketing presentations, reports, and proposals
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives
- Support lead generation, sales enablement materials, and customer engagement programs
Budget & Vendor Management:
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in marketing or brand management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
- Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
