1. Campaign Performance & KPI Management:
- Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics such as delivery rates, response rates, CTR, conversion rates, and engagement levels across all channels.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to improve performance.
- Identify trends, performance dips, and improvement opportunities.
2. Multi-Channel Campaign Execution:
- Plan, schedule, and execute daily campaigns across SMS, RCS, IVR, WhatsApp (WABA), and Truecaller.
- Ensure campaign accuracy, timely execution, and adherence to business goals.
- Manage targeting, segmentation, and personalization for each campaign.
3. Channel Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee and maintain technical and operational infrastructure for all data marketing channels.
- Manage vendor relationships related to SMS/RCS gateways, WABA, IVR systems, and Truecaller solutions.
