Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager Marketing will support the planning, execution, and management of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working across digital, content, and offline channels to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Support brand positioning, go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and campaign planning across multiple platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer insights.
- Manage marketing budgets, track spending, and ensure optimal ROI on campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and email marketing.
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media presence, and website content updates in coordination with internal and external teams.
- Track and optimize lead generation and conversion through marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop impactful marketing collateral, videos,
presentations, and social media content.
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely publishing and campaign alignment.
- Support PR, events, and corporate communication initiatives to strengthen brand image.
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, webinars, tradeshows, and marketing events.
- Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and event partners for timely execution of campaigns.
- Track campaign deliverables, measure effectiveness, and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs such as engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and dashboards for management review.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) for insights and optimization.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Support internal communication initiatives and help coordinate promotional activities across departments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and marketing automation/CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
