About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager - Marketing to support the marketing department in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will assist in managing campaigns, coordinating marketing activities, analyzing market trends, and contributing to brand growth and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing alignment and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and report insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners for campaign execution and event management.
- Support brand development and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Prepare marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional content.
- Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's / mastes degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects efficiently.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
