Description: Job Summary: To manage owned assets such as social media, websites, and other online platforms to drive growth in online discovery and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategy to boost consumer discovery online through owned assets, aligning with overall marketing objectives on reach and engagement. - Drive engagement through high-quality and relevant digital content, leveraging an understanding of media platforms. - Plan and execute brand affinity-building online campaigns, including occasion-led and rapid cultural content marketing. - Liaise with other teams to ensure best-in-class execution of initiatives around big days, festivals, or on-ground programs. Functional Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a quarterly plan for building engagement and brand affinity on digital platforms. - Drive best-in-class digital content creation for social media, digital brand campaigns, remarketing campaigns, performance campaigns on digital, and CRM communication. - Manage and update the brand websites regularly, incorporating winning SEO practices to boost consumer discovery of the brand online. - Bring alive mainline brand and category programs on digital through suitable content creation and other tactics. - Build buzz for the brand on social media through occasion-marketing and moments-marketing. Interactions Stakeholder Interactions (Within the Organization): Brand & Category, Media, Ecommerce, and PR teams. Stakeholder Interactions (Outside the Organization): Digital agencies, collaborations with media or other content partners, and geographical scope India - West & South. Requirements: MBA in Marketing. Specific Certification (if Any). Preferred Total Experience: 4-6 years. Preferred Relevant Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in digital engagement, digital content creation, and managing social media and performance creatives. Agency experience and digital-forward brands experience are suitable. SEO experience is preferable
