Assistant Manager - Market Place

Hiring: Assistant Manager - Marketplace Marketing | Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Marketplace Marketing with 3+ years of agency-side experience managing ads for beauty and apparel brands across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and Quick Commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute marketplace advertising strategies.

- Manage and optimize campaigns (SP, SB, Display).

- Handle - 1 Cr+ monthly ad budgets with strong ROI focus.

- Prepare performance reports using advanced Excel and create presentation decks.

- Conduct market research and track platform trends.

- Execute SKU-level media planning and campaign deployment.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of marketplace advertising experience (agency side).

- Expertise across major e-commerce platforms.

- Strong analytical & communication skills.

- Experience with international marketplaces is a plus.
