Assistant Manager/Manager - US TAX 1065

Open Roles:

Manager - 8+ years of experience

- Manage and review Federal tax returns (Form 1065) for diverse clients.

- Work on Real Estate, Hedge Funds, and Operating Partnerships tax compliance.

- Review and guide team members in tax preparation, filing, and documentation.

- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of tax returns.

- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client service.

- Keep updated with US federal tax laws and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Manager: Minimum 8 years of US tax experience (Form 1065 specialization).

- Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 years of US tax experience (Form 1065 specialization).

- Strong knowledge of Federal Tax, Real Estate, Hedge Fund & Partnership taxation.

- Proven preparation & review experience in US tax returns.

- Enrolled Agent (EA) certification preferred (added advantage).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Work Location & Timings:

- Hyderabad (Work From Office)

- Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST

- Open for local candidates and those willing to relocate
