Manager: Up to - 20 LPA

Assistant Manager: Up to - 12 LPA

Your impact:

- Drive hiring for technicians, welders, drivers, warehouse & factory roles

- Source through local job portals, referrals, community connects & trade institutes

- Plan & execute walk-in drives, open houses & bulk hiring events

- Own the hiring journey-screening to onboarding

- Build strong employer presence on the ground

- Track hiring metrics using ATS & reports

You should apply if you have:

- Experience in industrial / blue-collar / volume hiring

- Expertise in offline & non-LinkedIn sourcing

- Ability to manage multiple open roles at speed

- Strong communication & coordination skills

- Working knowledge of ATS & recruitment systems
