Description:

Candidates should have experience working in Hospital HR roles, TA, recruitment, payroll, compliance, NABH, HR policy.

Position: Assist Manager/ Manager/ Sr. HR Roles based on candidate experience.

- You will be responsible for driving end-to-end Human Resource functions with a strong focus on Doctors Onboarding and Recruitment, Visiting Consultants hiring, and strategic HR operations.

- This role requires a leader with proven experience in corporate or reputed hospitals, with expertise in medical professionals poaching, engagement, and retention.

- You will partner with senior leadership to design and implement policies, manage workforce strategies, and ensure compliance with healthcare HR standards (NABH, JCI, statutory norms).

Key Responsibilities:

Doctor & Medical Professional Recruitment:

- Lead full-time Doctors recruitment across specialties (Oncology, Surgery, ICU, Emergency, OPD, etc.

- Build strong pipelines of Visiting Consultants and Senior Medical Professionals.

- Apply head-hunting and poaching strategies to attract high-caliber doctors from known hospitals.

- Drive credentialing, background checks, and onboarding compliance.

HR Operations & Policy Management

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations payroll, attendance, compliance, employee life cycle.

- Develop and implement hospital HR policies in alignment with NABH 6th Edition and statutory laws.

- Ensure workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and attrition control.

- Drive HR audits, documentation, and HR metrics reporting.

- Employee Relations & Engagement

- Build strong engagement initiatives for doctors and paramedical staff.

- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive working environment.

- Develop career growth plans and retention strategies for medical staff.

- Strategic HR Leadership

- Serve as a key advisor to senior management on people strategies.

- Lead talent acquisition for both clinical & non-clinical roles.

- Ensure competitive compensation strategies and benchmarking.

- Collaborate with Marketing/PR to strengthen hospitals employer brand.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

- 8 to 20Yr years of HR experience with at least 56 years in a hospital/healthcare setup.

- Strong track record of doctor recruitment & professional poaching from reputed hospitals.

- Experience in handling HR operations in corporate/large hospitals (100+ beds).

- In-depth knowledge of NABH/JCI HR compliance, labor laws, and hospital HR frameworks.

Key Skills Required:

- Doctor/Consultant Recruitment Expertise - headhunting, networking, poaching.

- Strong HR operations and compliance management.

- Policy drafting, implementation, and HR audit readiness.
