Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Equipment Leasing

We are looking for professionals at the Assistant Manager - Manager - Senior Manager level with relevant experience in Equipment Leasing - Asset Finance - Machinery Finance - NBFC - Banking - Financial Services, particularly in business origination and end-to-end transaction execution.

Role: Assistant Manager - Manager - Senior Manager - Equipment Leasing

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Function: Leasing - Asset Management

Employment Type: Full-Time - On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate new equipment leasing and asset finance opportunities.

- Develop and manage relationships with corporates, OEMs, dealers, vendors and financial institutions.

- Identify prospective clients and generate a strong leasing pipeline.

- Understand client requirements and structure suitable leasing solutions.

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of transactions, including documentation, credit, legal, finance and asset deployment.

- Support commercial negotiations and ensure timely deal closures.

- Manage existing client relationships, lease renewals and extensions.

- Monitor portfolio performance, collections and asset-related matters.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and lifecycle management of leased assets.

- Contribute towards expanding Growthally's leasing business across new clients, industries and asset classes.
