Description:
- Create and maintain strong relationships ensuring mutual growth and engagement.
- Drive lead generation through channel partners and provide necessary support.
- Conduct customer site visits and manage end-to-end sales closures.
- Keep CPs updated on leads, walk-ins, and project details.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely pay-outs to channel partners.
- Maintain channel partner data and lead updates on SFDC.
- Conduct competition analysis and stay updated on market trends.
Performance Indicators:
- Number of new CPs activated & empaneled
- Net sales achievement
- Customer satisfaction score
- Percentage of active CPs contributing to business
