Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager Sales (Sourcing & Closing)

Location: Mahalakshmi & Bhandup (South Bombay preferred)

Experience: 2 - 10 years

Industry: Real Estate - Channel Sales

Mode: In-Person Interaction scheduled

About the Role:


We are looking for dynamic professionals experienced in Sales Sourcing & Closing, with strong exposure to the South Mumbai market (SoBo). The role involves expanding the reach of premium real estate products by building and nurturing a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs).

Key Responsibilities:


- Build and manage a network of channel partners across the allocated area.


- Create and maintain strong relationships ensuring mutual growth and engagement.


- Drive lead generation through channel partners and provide necessary support.


- Conduct customer site visits and manage end-to-end sales closures.


- Keep CPs updated on leads, walk-ins, and project details.


- Coordinate internally to ensure timely pay-outs to channel partners.


- Maintain channel partner data and lead updates on SFDC.


- Conduct competition analysis and stay updated on market trends.

Performance Indicators:


- Number of walk-ins generated


- Number of new CPs activated & empaneled


- Net sales achievement


- Customer satisfaction score


- Percentage of active CPs contributing to business

Skills & Competencies:


- Strong product understanding


- Knowledge of sales processes & SOPs


- Good understanding of financial schemes (home loans, bank tie-ups)

- Excellent communication (Fluent English is a must)

Qualification:


Any Graduate (MBA preferred)

What We Are Looking For:


- Mandatory: Strong SoBo market experience


- Mandatory: Excellent communication skills (Fluent English)


Candidates with a proven track record in real estate channel sales, sourcing & closures will be preferred.
