Job Profile:

- Sourcing of Home Loan, Loan against Property, Lease Rental Discounting, Insurance and any other retail products offered by the bank through self-lead generation and with the help of branch activity.

- Developing, maintaining and managing relationships with business generators like DSAs, Connectors, Chartered Accountants other financial consultants.

- Responsible for maintaining good loan portfolio for Mortgage business in the region

- Coordination with Credit department for processing of loan until final disbursement.

- Undertaking site visits of properties to be mortgage and residences of barrowers, as well ensure due diligence and KYC of borrower

- Thorough know ledge on various Banking products.

- Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.

- End to end closure of underlined deals by engaging internal & external stakeholders.
