About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance professional to manage and oversee compliance operations related to NCDEX and other commodity exchanges.

The role involves ensuring strict adherence to regulatory frameworks, coordinating audits, and serving as the primary liaison with NCDEX and other relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure regulatory compliance with NCDEX and other relevant commodity exchange norms.

- Act as the primary point of contact with NCDEX for all regulatory, inspection, and audit-related matters.

- Monitor and implement compliance processes for agricultural warehousing and commodity operations.

- Prepare and maintain statutory reports, returns, and documentation in line with exchange and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular internal compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential non-compliance issues.

- Review, update, and enforce policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with internal teams and management for timely submission of compliance reports and responses to exchange queries.

- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and investigations by ensuring data accuracy and availability.

- Stay updated with regulatory changes, circulars, and amendments issued by NCDEX, SEBI, or other governing bodies.

- Train and guide team members on compliance protocols and best practices.

Required Skillsets:

- Strong knowledge of NCDEX operations, commodity exchange regulations, and SEBI guidelines.

- Expertise in regulatory reporting, audits, and inspection management.

- Excellent understanding of agricultural warehousing, commodity trading, and exchange frameworks.

- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and liaison skills to interact effectively with exchange officials and internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.

- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements effectively.

- Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking capabilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

- Prior experience working directly with NCDEX or other commodity exchanges.

- Familiarity with risk management and compliance automation tools.

- Exposure to regulatory frameworks in agricultural warehousing or commodities finance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within commodity or agricultural exchanges.

- Proven track record in managing compliance audits, inspections, and exchange communications.

- High integrity, accountability, and ability to handle regulatory matters with professionalism
