Job Title: AM / Manager - RPO

Location: Chennai / Mumbai

Industry: Manufacturing, Automobile, Heavy Engineering, or Aerospace

Experience: Over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Team Handling: Minimum of 4 years of experience in team management

Hiring Volume: Proven expertise in managing high-volume lateral hiring (200+ positions per month)

Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, including conducting weekly reviews with Business Units (BUs)

Report to: Service Delivery Leader or AVP - RPO

Working Days: 6 days, work from office (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. Key Responsibilities

- Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, and key HR contacts.

- Gain a sound understanding of the assigned business unit(s) to anticipate future recruitment needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.

- Ensure effective and high-quality weekly, monthly, and quarterly communication with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing consultative recruitment support and accurate reporting.

- Act as the key contact for recruitment, sourcing, or strategy queries/issues related to the RPO team.

- Actively seek and implement feedback from stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.

- Analyze and share recruitment trends, results, and insights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk.

- Communicate recruitment processes and benefits of solutions to stakeholders, including new initiatives or additional service offerings.

- Ensure governance and compliance across recruiting numbers, policies, processes, and procedures.

- Extensive hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting is essential.

- Conduct regular reviews of team performance, recruiting numbers, and SLAs.

Job Requirements:

Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.

Experience: 8+ years in Search / RPO firms OR quick learners with excellent communication skills and strong
