Role Production & Technical Support-Homologation (AM / Manager)

Job Location - Pune

Qualification - B.E/ B Tech in Mechanical,Production and Industrial, Automotive,Electrical, Electronics & computer science

Responsibilities:

- This role is responsible for driving Localization & Value addition in country specific (Projects), Assembly Setup at Distributor, Logistics Design Support. Establish systems / policies / guidelines for maintaining Process quality of Products (Assembly), TPM @ overseas assembly.

- Knowledge of homologation, industry standards on localization

- Analytical Skills

- Ability to present and articulate ideas clearly

1. Assembly Setup at Distributor

2. Prepare techno-commercial proposal and feasibility report

3. Equipment Planning, DAP, I&C

4. Process Planning, Layout design, Line Balancing

5. Quality system planning & deployment

6. Interface & alignment with country team/ distributor

7. Logistics Design Support

8. Provides technical support for part packing design, stuffing planning & container layout design for SKD, CKD, Part Level supply configurations to export models for new models/variant

9. Liaison with plant in designing, optimization & execution of packaging & container layout designing.

10. Continuously benchmark new trends /industry practices/competition on load ability & packaging design improvement, packaging material Improvement & cost reduction

11. Localization & Value addition in country specific (Projects):

a. Execution of the localization Projects based on country Requirements.

b. Supplier selection, Parts development

c. Parts approval from R&D, CQA

d. Quality Sustenance of localize parts

12. Establish systems / policies / guidelines for maintaining Process quality of Products (Assembly):

a. Process alignment to BAL standards

b. AQL sign-off

c. Training & standards setting

d. Plant & process evaluation

e. IRU management

f. TPM @ overseas assembly facility

13. Monitor TPM progress and KPIs
