Assistant Manager/Manager - Portfolio Valuation - Debt

Job Description :

- Lead and coach a team of Credit valuation professionals.

- Manage workflow, delivery, team utilisation; act as KGS point of contact for the onshore stakeholders and the office team.

- Lead valuations of fixed income and credit instruments (e.g., senior/subordinated debt, secured/unsecured debt, destressed debt, CRE mortgages, etc.), demonstrating critical thinking, independent action and ability to move the project forward.

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of valuation reports and client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timelines.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with the onshore teams(s) to drive business outcomes for the KGS team.

- Complete ownership of business generation, quality execution on projects and people management.

- Lead recruitment, learning and development, and performance management for the team.

- Lead/contribute to KGS and US practice development initiatives.
