Location: Delhi (with travel as required)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven professional to support and grow our fundraising efforts through CSR partnerships, institutional grants, and government RFPs.

This is a sales-oriented role requiring strong networking skills, outreach, and relationship management to drive impact in education for underserved students.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Business Development:

- Independently raise 1 Cr+ annually through CSR partnerships, grants, and government RFPs.

- Identify, engage, and pitch to potential corporate, foundation, and government partners.

- Develop impact-driven proposals, reports, and presentations to secure funding.

- Track and respond to relevant government tenders (RFPs, EOIs, etc.) to expand funding opportunities.

Outreach & Partner Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR heads, grant-making organizations, and government officials.

- Actively call, email, and meet potential funders to generate new leads and close deals.

- Ensure timely reporting and donor engagement to sustain long-term partnerships.

- Assist in organizing donor meetings, conferences, and networking events to amplify iDreamCareers impact.

Who You Are:

- 2+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or account management, with a track record of raising 1 Cr+ independently.

- A go-getter who is comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and proactive sales efforts.

- Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.

- Passionate about education and social impact, with a desire to create meaningful change.

- Willing to travel as required to engage with partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.

- Experience in fundraising, sales, consulting, or social impact roles.

- Fellowship experience in the education/development sector (preferred).
