- In-depth understanding of RERA related compliances including RERA applications, litigation, response to queries, drafting of documents, letters and agreements related to RERA.

- Good knowledge of litigation with specific understanding of RERA related litigations.

- Indepth knowledge of real estate industry and related laws and knowledge of drafting various agreements i.e. Sale Deed, AFS, POA, indemnity, land related laws (specifically for MMR region), verifying title of land, drafting note on title etc.
