Job Requirements:
- Total experience: 6 - 14 years, with 4 - 5+ years of experience in core Investor Allocation and Investor Relations.
- MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institute or CA.
- Looking for candidates from Global Asset Management/Fund companies.
- Role: IC role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end investor allocation process by coordinating with internal finance and legal teams to ensure timely capital calls and distributions for our institutional partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive investor communication strategies, including the preparation of quarterly reports, performance updates, and bespoke presentations to address complex investor queries.
Core Investor Allocations and Investor Relations Background:
- Capital Calls & Distributions
- Complex Fund Structures
- Multi-Currency Frameworks & Unitization
- Diverse Fee Models (Management Fees, Performance/Incentive Fees, Hurdle Rates, High-Water Marks, Tiered Fee Structures)
- Deep subject matter expertise in Investor Allocation for hedge funds and institutional asset managers.
What You'll Need:
- 6 - 14 years of experience in Investor Allocation.
- Deep subject matter expertise in Investor Allocation for hedge funds and institutional asset managers.
- Proven knowledge of complex fund structures (master-feeder, side pockets, hybrid vehicles), multi-currency frameworks, and unitization.
- Strong understanding of diverse fee models including management fees, performance fees, hurdle rates, high-water marks, and tiered fee structures.
- Strong critical thinking and the ability to articulate standpoints/ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding academic background and a passion for working in a high-tech software development environment.
