Assistant Manager/Manager - Fund Accounting & Financials - Venture Capital/AIF Fund

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a well-established & Large Venture Capital Firm having Multiple funds and active investments in several startups.

They are looking for an AM / Manager Fund Accounting & Financials for their organization to join them as soon as possible.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Fund accounting and tax reporting

- Liaise with local and offshore fund accountants & Tax advisors for fund financials and tax reporting

- Setting up and managing funds and investment entities

- Manage SEBI & Investor Reporting & compliances

- Interface on all investments from due diligence to closure

- Process Improvement

- Drive automation and standardization in reporting

To qualify for these positions you should:

- 2+ years exp in any VC / PE / AIF Fund

- Good experience in Fund Accounting & Financials

- Exp in Fund Accounting, Audit, Compliance and Taxation

- Exp on Investor Reporting, SEBI compliances etc

- Ready to relocate to Mumbai

- Have strong personality, great communication and leadership skills

- Must be a young person with High Energy and Dynamic in nature.
