They are looking for full time experts into Financial Due Diligence Designation Assistant Manager / Manager, Financial Due Diligence Roles & Responsibilities: - Leading multiple financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients. - Handling end to end delivery including supervising and reviewing engagement teams and fieldwork, reporting of diligence findings and coordination with other service lines like tax etc. within the firm. - Establishing strong professional relationships with external clients and internal team members. - Supporting the partners in driving select client relationships of the firm - Taking the lead and responsibility on internal practice improvement initiatives relating to quality, risk, people etc. - Developing and mentoring teams Desired Profile for Assistant Manager: - 2-4 years of experience - Qualified CA/MBA - Articleship experience is Assurance services will be an added advantage - Good communication skills (Verbal & Written) - Client facing experience is preferred - Willingness to travel Desired Profile for Manager: - 6-8 years of experience - Qualified CA - 2-3 years of core FDD exp - Team Size - 4-5 people - Reporting to the Director/Partner Skillsets: - Excellent accounting skills and strong understanding of financial statements - Ability to work independently and strong attention to details; - Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; - Excellent written, verbal communication with presentation and team management skills. - Strong problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions - Ability to manage client expectations through effective communication, technical knowledge, responsiveness. - High on integrity and a self driven/pro active work attitude to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations - Ability to multitask effectively - Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications including PPT, word
