Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Planning & Analysis - CA

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Track business KPIs, operational metrics, and performance trends across business units.

- Own daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting and dashboards.

- Analyze performance variances, risks, and growth opportunities.

- Drive financial and business analysis to support new initiatives and process improvements.

- Partner with Operations, Product, and Sales teams on business planning and problem-solving.

- Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:

- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in business planning, financial analysis, or management reporting.

- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and numerical skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Working knowledge of Power BI and AI tools preferred.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
