Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Analyst - MIS - Manufacturing Firm

Role : Business Analyst | MIS

Reporting to : Executive Vice President

Location : Andheri, Mumbai

Job Description :

- Business Analysis and Preparation of Diagnostic Reports.

- Coordination with sales and manufacturing, cross functional coordination.

- Identification of gaps and preparing roadmap to overcome.

- Provide strategic inputs in the form of data analysis for decision making.

- Preparation of Long term strategy for diversification, New Technology & Product types.

- Strategy formulation : coordinate with functions to formulate & implement strategy.

- Drive Strategic Initiatives for Sales Planning, Raw Material Cost Reduction, Operations Improvement, and Resource Planning.

- Analysing the key issues in daily operations and act as a decision support for EVP.

- Providing data and analytical support to the Director through efficient use of MIS reports and tools.

Required Skills/Abilities :

- 5+ years of experience

- Engineering Background with M.B.A. in Finance or Marketing or Operation

- Good written & verbal communication skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Analytical skills

- Presentation skill

- MS Office Knowledge.
