Assistant Manager/Manager - BTL Outreach - Education

Role & responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for Assistant Manager/ Manager BTL Outreach based out Gurgaon. BTL Outreach will be responsible for planning and executing outreach and sales activities, coordinating with Colleges and Universities for lead generation and lead conversion. Activities such as conducting seminars by coordinating with the HODs, Deans and TPO of college outreach programs will be part of the role. Day-to-day tasks include developing promotional strategies and managing seminars. Drive student or consumer acquisition through engagement activities and ensure quality data capture. Organize and participate in educational fairs and seminars.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience in planning and executing BTL outreach activities, promotional strategies

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients and internal teams.

- Strong connections in colleges/ universities.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work and lead a team of 2 people and manage multiple tasks.

- Good understanding of consumer behavior, especially students.

- Comfortable with travel across NCR
