Role Overview :

We are looking for high-performing professionals with a strong blend of banking domain knowledge, technology architecture expertise, and hands-on digital delivery experience, who can help financial institutions navigate large-scale transformation programs driven by cloud, AI, data, and modern platforms.

This role requires the ability to operate across business, technology, and data layers, translating strategic objectives into scalable, outcome-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver end-to-end banking technology transformation engagements, from solution design through execution

- Define target operating model, architecture, and implementation roadmap across core banking, digital, and data ecosystems

- Align business, technology, and data strategies to drive measurable outcomes for clients

- Design scalable architecture solutions (API-led, microservices, cloud-native) and ensure integration across systems

- Embed AI/ML and automation use cases into business processes across the banking value chain

- Drive hands-on solutioning and implementation oversight, bridging architecture with delivery realities

- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution

- Build and manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on technology strategy

- Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and thought leadership in digital, AI, and platform transformation

- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and enhance service offerings

Requirements :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in banking technology, consulting, or digital transformation roles

- Strong domain expertise in one or more areas: Core Banking, Lending, CRM, Payments, Treasury

- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and cloud-based systems

- Experience with API-led, microservices, and distributed architectures for scalable solution design

- Practical exposure to AI/ML use cases, data platforms, and analytics-driven decisioning

- Hands-on experience in technology implementations or large-scale transformation programs

- Ability to translate business requirements into structured, implementable technology solutions

- Familiarity with digital platforms (CRM, LOS, digital banking) and integration ecosystems

- Strong consulting skills including problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication

- Proven ability to operate across strategy, architecture, and delivery layers with an outcome-driven mindset.
