Mandatory Requirements :

- Postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) is mandatory

- Experience working with Indian clients is mandatory

Role Overview :

This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong exposure to investment banking, transaction advisory, M&A, fundraising, and financial analysis. The role involves working closely on transactions, strategic deals, investor engagements, and client advisory mandates.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support and execute buy-side, sell-side, fundraising, and strategic advisory transactions

- Build financial models, valuation analyses, pitch decks, IMs, and transaction materials

- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking

- Work closely with Indian clients and stakeholders across transaction lifecycles

- Manage investor interactions, due diligence processes, and deal coordination

- Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful execution of mandates

Ideal Candidate :

- Relevant experience in Investment Banking/Transaction Advisory/Corporate Finance

- Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and deal execution

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
