Assistant Manager/Manager - Asset Management - Infrastructure Sector

We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with a leading Big4 firm in the Asset Management space within the Deal Advisory & Strategy (Infrastructure & Climate Advisory) practice!

Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager

Experience: 5-8+ years

Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru / Gurugram

Education: MBA / Postgraduate (Engineering / Infrastructure / Industrial domains preferred)

Professionals with experience in infrastructure sectors(Power, Utility, Oil & Gas etc) or those from consulting/advisory backgrounds in asset-intensive industries are highly encouraged to apply.

Role Overview:

A leading Big4 firm is looking to strengthen its Asset Management practice, supporting infrastructure clients in maximizing the performance and lifecycle value of physical assets. The role involves working on strategic and operational asset management engagements, transformation initiatives, and advisory across sectors like Transportation, Power & Utilities, and Urban Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver asset management and transformation engagements across infrastructure sectors

- Develop asset management strategies, policies, and Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs) aligned with ISO 55000 standards

- Drive asset lifecycle management, risk assessment, and performance optimization initiatives

- Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, and closure of engagements

- Conduct asset portfolio optimization, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, and performance evaluations

- Perform process mapping, maturity assessments, and benchmarking against industry best practices

- Engage with clients and global stakeholders to drive high-impact advisory outcomes

- Support business development through proposals, bid responses, and client presentations

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development and thought leadership

Skill Set:

- Strong understanding of asset management principles (ISO 55000, IAM framework)

- Experience in infrastructure sectors such as Transportation, Power & Utilities, Water, or Urban Infrastructure

- Expertise in asset strategy, lifecycle planning, and operations frameworks

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and lead teams effectively
