Program Planning and Execution: - Plan and execute development and learning programs that support professionals in their technology-related performance and growth. 2. Quality Deliverables: - Create, review, and ensure the accuracy and quality of all program deliverables. 3. Learning Program Development: - Utilize expertise in Learning and Development (L&D) design to contribute to the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences. 4. Team Leadership: - Participate in or lead cross-functional learning project teams, fostering positive and collaborative partnerships among diverse stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and peers. 5. Cross-Team Collaboration: - Collaborate seamlessly across teams to ensure the delivery of a cohesive learning experience. 6. Feedback Gathering: - Take the initiative to gather feedback and data from practitioners to enhance learning and development programs continually. 7. Learner Engagement: - Actively work on improving learner engagement and the overall learning experience, drawing on L&D design and instructional design expertise. 8. Data Analysis: - Utilize critical thinking skills to conduct data analysis, identify trends, correlate data with other factors, and recommend solutions to complex problems. 9. Data-Driven Insights: - Incorporate data throughout the solution development lifecycle, distilling insights, observing program delivery, collecting feedback, and redesigning program elements to enhance participant experience, curriculum, content, and facilitation. 10. Remote Collaboration: - Contribute effectively to remote teamwork across geographies and confidently raise issues and risks while actively managing them to ensure the achievement of desired business outcomes.
