Assistant Manager - LAP Sales

About the Role:

We are hiring for a critical role in the Prime LAP segment, focused on driving high-value Loan Against Property transactions through the DSA channel. This role is ideal for professionals currently managing large-ticket LAP portfolios and looking to scale further.

What Youll Do:

- Drive sourcing of high-ticket LAP cases (5cr 15 Cr+) via DSAs

- Build and manage a strong DSA/connector network

- Own the entire sales lifecycle sourcing, structuring, documentation, and disbursal

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient TAT and superior customer experience

- Maintain strong pipeline visibility through MIS and reporting

Who Were Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in LAP sales (DSA channel mandatory)

- Currently handling 3-4 Cr average ticket size with exposure to large deals

- Strong expertise in financial assessment and deal structuring

- Proven track record in DSA relationship management and sourcing

- Stable career trajectory (2 years per organization)

- MBA/PGDM preferred
