Assistant Manager - IT Audit/Statutory - Consulting Firm/Big4

We have Very Urgent Opening for the positions of IT AUDIT- STAT with one of the leading Consulting Firm.

Job Description:

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore

- Education Qualification - CA, engineers / MBAs + at least 5 years exp in IT Audit in Big 4 only.

- No GDS CVs - Mandatory requirement

- Minimum 2 - 5 years post qualification experience of internal controls audit as a part of statutory audits, internal audits, SOX, IFC, SOC 2 engagements.

Must have experience of:

- Independently managing engagements as field in charge, providing regular updates and being the first point of contact.

- Design and operating effectiveness testing of Business Processes controls, application controls, IT General Controls, Report testing, documentation and review ensuring quality, budget and timelines.

- Independently working on multiple engagements with 4 - 5 team members and multiple Managers, Directors, EDs.

- Evaluating controls such as segregation of duties, access controls, ERP based controls, audit trail as per MCA requirement.

- Identifying issues, assessing their financial statement assertion level impacts, developing recommendations, identifying compensating controls and performing additional procedures.
