Assistant Manager - Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors (current & potential)

- Prepare investor materials - quarterly earnings presentations, corporate decks, and annual reports

- Organize and execute investor meetings, conferences, and analyst days

- Strengthen engagement with sell-side analysts and broaden quality coverage

- Track and analyze shareholding patterns periodically

- Coordinate with PR to keep the investor section of the website updated

- Support strategic initiatives including M&A, business development, and corporate strategy
