Role Overview :

- We are hiring for one of the Big 4 firms for an Assistant Manager role within the Investment Banking team (Infrastructure sector).

- The role requires strong analytical capabilities, transaction exposure, and the ability to support end-to-end deal execution.

Note :

Candidates with prior experience in infrastructure will be preferred; however, individuals from other sectors with a strong interest in transitioning into the infrastructure domain are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support execution of M&A, fundraising, and advisory transactions in the infrastructure space

- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch decks

- Conduct industry research and market analysis, with focus on infrastructure

- Assist in due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction execution

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless deal delivery

- Support preparation of client presentations and investment memos

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs / top B-schools) (Mandatory)

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking / transaction advisory / consulting (India practice)

- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

- Solid understanding of M&A and capital raising transactions

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Preferred Profile :

- Prior experience in the Infrastructure sector (power, roads, renewables, etc.) is a plus

- Candidates looking to transition into infrastructure with relevant deal experience are welcome

- Experience working on end-to-end transaction execution

- Exposure to client interactions and stakeholder management
