Role : Assistant Manager - Investment Banking

Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong corporate finance background to join our growing team. This is a front-office role where you will play a critical part in our client's success by advising them on strategic transactions across the entire deal cycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take primary responsibility for developing and delivering high-quality marketing materials for potential clients, collaborating effectively with them to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Support new business development initiatives, including generating leads, preparing pitch books and presentations, and proposing new deal ideas.
- Good understanding of Technology sector including key Enterprise Tech platforms, trends in SaaS, AI, cloud, fintech, and other emerging tech verticals.
- Lead efforts in identifying and outreach to potential investors and buyers on behalf of our clients.
- Build and manage relationships with key client personnel, including executives, directors, and shareholders.
- Participate in deal negotiations and term sheet discussions as needed.
- Manage the due diligence process, ensuring efficient and comprehensive data gathering.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to finalize transaction documents.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications :
- MBA/CA with minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A advisory, private equity, or transaction advisory, with at least 3 years in sell side IB role preferably with technology sector.
Skills and Competencies :
- Demonstrated academic achievement with strong analytical skills.
- Deep knowledge of financial statement analysis, and valuation methodologies.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation software.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects while fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with databases like S&P Capital IQ.
- Team player; self-driven and ability to work independently.
Working Days : 5 Days Mon-Fri WFO
Working Timings : 10 Am - 7 PM
