We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Audit Assistant Manager to join our team.

As an Internal Audit Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits, identifying risks, and providing recommendations to improve our organization's internal controls and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls

- Identifying areas of risk and developing audit plans to mitigate those risks

- Providing recommendations to improve internal controls and operational efficiency

- Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement audit recommendations

- Execute audit procedures and test controls as per RCM

- Participate in introductory calls with engagement teams to understand client background, audit objectives, and expectations.

- Work as team lead who provides coaching and conducts first-level reviews.

- Provide timely feedback and maintain documentation trails for all work performed.

- Support analytics and sample extraction for ICFR and audit engagements.

- Ensure adherence to audit standards and internal protocols.

Qualifications:

- CA / CMA / MBA

- Proven experience in conducting internal audits and risk assessments

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
