Roles and Responsibilities : - Conducting risk based internal audits - Manage and execute consulting engagements covering risk based internal audit, process and control reviews, development of policies and standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, as per the client requirements - Preparation of deliverables relating to various services to the clients including preparation of audit reports, process documents, presentations etc. - Project management - On-site and off-site project management of the assignments, including development of work programs, evaluation of issues/ observations/ improvement opportunities, timely communication with the client management, participation in client meetings, etc. - Team handling - Leading the team of audit support staff, assigning the work amongst the engagement team and getting the assigned tasks completed successfully and timely, review of their work to ensure it meets the requirements and objective of the engagement, motivating team and providing on the job training. Desired Candidate Profile - Good Internal audit skills, business process understanding skills and knowledge of internal control systems, compliance and governance reviews - 2 - 5 years demonstrable experience of working on internal audit projects (lead or as a part), performing control testing, issue writing/report writing, preparing robust audit documentation - Experience working on ERP and ERP based controls - Skillful in Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Carrying out reviews independently to discuss the audit points with process owners and conclude the audit testing/observations, taking management response and effectively closing loop the audit points with the management - Strong communication and presentation skills
