Position : Assistant Manager - Industrial Relations Location : Bhiwadi Education : MBA - HR/ LLB (Preferred) Experience : 3 - 5 years Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. Candidate will administer statutory compliance effectively and efficiently. This will include EPF/ESIC/PT/Income tax/ BOCW/ Labour dept/gratuity/minimum wages/shop establishment /contract labour etc. Quarterly audit of compliance processes, documentation, salary and its related accounting. Ensure applicable benefits to workers (BOCW) to employees (ESIC &amp; EPF). Supervise liasoning &amp; coordinate with Govt Deptts on statutory compliances (EPF/ESIC/Labour/LIC-Gratuity / BOCW board) as and when needed. Quarterly Training of Team on Statutory compliance and other HR related updates at branches and sites. 2. Candidate must be self-Motivated and enthusiastic. High on Integrity. Willingness to - do what it takes- . Passionate about adding value and creating high impact for both employees and the organization. Should be upfront and possess a go-getter attitude. Highly intellectual and good at objection handling. A good communicator and a relationship person. Good at resolving conflicts.
