Assistant Manager - Indirect Tax - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on local & overseas tax affairs and act as a strategic consultant.

- Lead global, regional, and domestic projects including restructuring.

- Manage compliance, IDT reviews, and due diligence assignments.

- Oversee GST refund, SEIS, MEIS assignments.

- Independently manage client accounts, timelines, and deliverables.

- Build strong client & regulatory relationships; act as SPOC for escalations.

- Represent clients in litigation matters before authorities.

- Regularly review deliverables prepared by team members to ensure quality.

Ideal Candidate:

- Qualified CA with minimum 3 years postqualification experience in Indirect Tax.

- Strong expertise in GST, SEIS, MEIS, compliance & litigation support.

- Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.

- Ability to deliver highquality outputs and manage complex assignments.
