This is a critical role responsible for Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, aimed at building a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and professional networks - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle-from job posting to onboarding - Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience - Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain pre/post-joining engagement - Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) - Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and improve processes - Actively promote the employer's brand. HR Business Partnering - Align HR initiatives with business objectives through strategic partnering - Guide performance management, HR policies, and conflict resolution - Drive key initiatives such as succession planning, competency mapping, and talent development - Support change management and organizational restructuring - Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture - Analyse HR metrics Employee Relations - Handle employee relations matters - Mediate conflicts and promote effective communication - Ensure fair and consistent implementation of HR policies - Maintain documentation and generate reports on ER activities Talent Management & Learning and Development - Lead goal setting and performance management processes (PMS, AOP reviews) - Design and implement L&D programs to upskill employees - Track learning outcomes and make data-driven improvements - Ensure compliance training (POSH, COC, ACAB) is completed 100% - Build a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals Who You Are: - MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent - 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Talent Acquisition - Strong HRBP and Talent Management exposure - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Data-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Up to date with HR trends, labor laws, and industry best practices Why Join Us?
