Assistant Manager - Human Resources

- Provide advisory and operational support to the HRBL for HR, and HRBLs for Global Finance and Global Procurement and their teams, ensuring seamless execution of core HR processes, talent management activities, and organizational change initiatives.

- Be an early adopter of new data and insights tools, embedding their use and driving their continuous improvement within the aligned HR team.

- Act as a key member of the HR team to help deliver high-quality HR solutions for business stakeholders.

Performance and Reward Processes:

- Coordinate Performance & Reward (P&R) processes, including timelines, key communications to HRBPs and key stakeholders, lead the analysis of core P&R data to ensure effective management, and outcomes, of the process to enable effective and efficient approvals, and support the quality of data inputs within Workday.

Talent Management Processes:

- Lead on the preparation of data and insights for core Talent processes and meetings, especially the CEO Talent Deep dive.

Organisational Change & Vacancy management:

- Co-ordinate organizational change initiatives through partnership with the HRBP team, including taking a lead role in spans and layers analysis, the co-ordination of change timing, and organisational reporting.

- Partner with HRBP, to lead the vacancy sign-off process ensuring effective communications with senior stakeholders.

Data, insights & Reporting:

- Act as an early adopter of new data and insights tools supporting the adoption, and effective use, of new data and tech within the aligned HR team

- Drive the standardisation and continuous improvement of HR reporting and analytics processes (including dashboards), including representing the team in projects to help evolve enterprise use of HR data and insights e.g. Visier, SWP, L&D,

- Partner with the HRBLs and HRPBs, leading on data analysis and insight identification, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and insights translating complex data into clear narratives.

- Operate as a Subject Matter Expert on data governance and privacy best practise and lead the embedding of evolving data best practice across the team.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as a trusted partner to HRBPs, and on occasions FLT members, providing guidance and ensuring alignment on HR processes, especially linked to Workday.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in HR or related field.

- Minimum 5 years experience in HR analytics, people analytics, HR project delivery, or a closely related role within a medium/large or matrixed organisation; experience in pharma/biotech preferred.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced knowledge of Excel

- Proven track record delivering end-to-end HR or cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably in a global organisation.

- Experience building dashboards, data models and automated reporting solutions; familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms is highly desirable.

- Solid business acumen and ability to partner with leaders to translate data into strategic recommendations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create executive-ready reports and influence senior stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.

- Experience in handling confidential data and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

- Familiarity with HR policies and governance frameworks.
