- Manage statutory liaisoning, approvals, licenses, audits, and regulatory clearances.

- Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and local communities.

- Lead employee engagement, wellness, grievance redressal, and employee participation programs.

- Engage with workmen and unions to maintain healthy industrial relations.

- Oversee security operations, gate control, and compliance audits.
