Job Description:
Job Title: Assistant Manager-HR
Experience Required:5 to 8 years
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle including onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and ensure data accuracy at all times.
- Drive payroll inputs, leave and attendance management, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
- Support in HR policy implementation and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition, and other organizational initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for HR metrics.
- Handle employee queries and grievances with a solution-oriented approach.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for relevant positions..
- Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations with exposure to recruitment.
- Experience in handling payroll coordination and statutory compliance preferred.
