Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle including job analysis, role design, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and translate them into clear job descriptions.

- Manage recruitment vendors, job portals, and internal referrals to ensure timely closures.

- Coordinate interviews, track hiring metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:

- Maintain and manage employee master data, personal files, contracts, and HR documentation.

- Handle onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation, background verification, and full & final settlements.

- Ensure accurate maintenance of attendance, leave, and payroll-related data in HRMS.

Statutory Compliance & Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain documentation required for tax filings, PF, ESI, professional tax, gratuity, and other statutory compliances.

- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for timely and accurate statutory submissions.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries related to policies, payroll, benefits, and documentation.

- Support grievance handling and employee relations initiatives.

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and HR initiatives.

HR Reporting & Process Improvement:

- Prepare HR MIS reports related to recruitment, attrition, headcount, and compliance.

- Identify gaps in HR processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and compliance.

- Support implementation and enhancement of HR policies and SOPs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Functional Skills:

- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and job design

- Hands-on experience in HR operations and compliance

- Understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements

- HRMS, payroll coordination, and documentation skills

Behavioral Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- High attention to detail and confidentiality

- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

- Proactive problem-solving approach
