We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR processes and drive people development initiatives across the organization. The role requires hands-on ownership of the employee lifecycle and close collaboration with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Lead people development and employee engagement initiatives
- Own and drive people-related responsibilities across functions
- Lead people barometer surveys and initiatives focused on employee happiness and engagement
- Partner with leadership to support organizational culture and growth
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Postgraduate degree in Humanities / HR / related fields
- Prior experience in the consulting domain or AI-driven organizations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with the ability to take tasks to completion
- Willingness to travel across India as per role requirements
