Ensure that the reporting requirements pertaining to the department is delivered with the required quality. Ensure that the MIS reports are prepared and sent on time. Associate in the review and development of key performance indicators for the department. - Maintaining high levels of employee engagement in the organization. Employee retention. Overall experience: 5-7 years Specific experience: Minimum 2-3 years in EE and recruitment.
